If you are on your own and need assistance, our transport service will accompany you throughout your consultation or appointment and then return you to safely to your home.

We offer transport arrangements such as regular transport to supermarkets or shopping centres. Dial-a-Ride is wheelchair-accessible assisted transport for people who are unable to use public transport.
Community Transport
We provide community transport service to support older people that don’t have a car, have poor mobility, find it difficult to use public transport or that live in rural areas with poor transport links, it can be difficult to get out and about. This can lead to feelings of isolation, loneliness and a lack of independence.
Community Transport means that clients are not reliant on neighbours, family members or friends to take them to appointments and is a cheaper option to taking taxis. Our driver will collect you from your home, make sure you are secure and comfortable in the vehicle, deliver you to your destination, and back home again if that is required.
